Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Carrier tracking may take a short time to update after the label is created.

Find your tracking information

1. Open the shipping confirmation email sent by KAIMARX.
2. Select the tracking link to view the latest carrier updates.
3. If you created a customer account, sign in to review your order history and available shipment details.

Need help?

If you did not receive a shipping confirmation, your tracking has not updated for several days, or the carrier shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, email support@kaimarx.com. Include your order number so we can assist you promptly.
